History ：

This center was constructed by the
Taiwan Taichung Detention Center with a total area of 0.943 hectare.
The new dormitory building is an enclosed structure
with good ventilation and lighting. The male dorm,
female dorm, juvenile observation center, and drug rehabilitation center are strictly separated.
The facility's permissible capacity is 301 and was
established on July 1st, 1994.

※Offenders sentenced to less than one year and 6 months of imprisonment
※Juveniles of juvenile observation center protective cases and juvenile defendants of criminal cases
